SoftFussion ("we") operates the website softfussion.ro. We are responsible for processing the personal data collected through this site, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

What data we collect
Through the contact form we collect: name, phone, email, website, the service you need, your estimated budget and your message. Through analytics tools we collect anonymised usage data (pages visited, visit duration, traffic source).

Why we collect it
To answer your inquiry, to prepare a personalised proposal and — only with your consent — for analytics and remarketing. We never sell or rent your data to third parties.

How long we keep it
Form data is kept for a maximum of 3 years or until you request deletion. Analytics data is kept according to Google Analytics settings (14 months).

Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You can contact us at any time at contact@softfussion.ro. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
